Just replace the quick release axles with secure lock ones and no one is gonna steal them on the fly. (same with saddle clamp)
Taking the front wheel out with hydro discs would be really stupid because you have to clamp something between the pads everytime.
Jeeez simply use a 2nd lock if you really have to lock up expensive bikes in the city.
I got a bunch of 50€ bikes in various cities that no one will steal. I've saved so much time by this because I don't have to find secure spots and hassle with massive locks etc.
