If it was me I would definitely keep it, it's better than my current shitty bike, but I guess we're all in different situations. If you really can't find out what the model name is then just advertise it as a Cannondale, give all the information you have, and let the buyer decide if they want it. By the way you could look underneath the bottom bracket to see if there's a serial number, and then Google that to find out stuff about it.
