The center section will be converted to green space, with lanes for runners, horses, pedestrians, bicycles, and ebikes all separated. Absolutely nobody will use it because it's too sunny in Texas and everyone is fat anyways. It will be overgrown with deer and wolves and we will force cagers into the preserve, building 30 foot walls on all sides.
