Being sober and dealing with the stoner, in a constant brain fog, gets tiresome. Since that's the pothead's whole identity, it's always inserted into conversation, activities, or personal advertising (clothing, stickers, odor, etc.). They are nearly as bad as a drunk person when it comes to being realistic about impairment while high:
