I'm about to build an ultra ghetto bike with a frame like that and salvaged parts from other bikes. The frame was involved in a car crash but steel is real so it's in great shape structurally, even though it's a piece of shit, not even wallmart tier.

I will only use the shittiest of the shittiest of parts.

Any recommendations, tips or suggestions?

Drill 3/8" holes ALL over the frame tubes. Spaced about so it's still structurally sound.

Do a 700c front (fixie front wheels are dirt cheap and a dime a dozen and fit on MTB forks) and a 26" rear. It's a look I honestly like, and have seen on the street before.

I only ride street. Haven't rode in a couple of years so it's really working the legs and lung's. Just went for a midnight ride and bombed the multi story carpark by my home a few times. Be hitting that brakeless by the end of the week.
Had to do some ghetto upgrades on my shoes until I get a new pair next week. Insoles were so worn out they had perfect imprint of the tread on them. Had to make some temporary insoles out of cardboard and 7up bottles, Kek.
