>>1416140All that would have to be completely replaced, the journals got water in them so they're ruined, the insulation in the walls probably soaked up water higher than level you see in the picture, the interior would be susceptible to mold. They'd need to be gutted, stripped, cleaned, and rebuilt nearly from top to bottom. Easier and faster to just buy new sets.
Any parts that can be salvaged though, will be.
