Starts with shit like "The Curve", goes through bullshit like the introduction of the underground in the city center in the 90s, and ends with utter bullcrap like logport (a logistics center 5+ kilometers from the next Autobahn).
You could null Duisburg's debt right here, right now, and they'd fuck up again, because the city is run by braindead retards. The politicians, the administration, the businesses. All of them.
In that sense, I feel sorry for the people working at DVG. They don't deserve this. The time table revision last month wasn't quite as bad as the news make it out to be. There are some oddities, but overall it has "Hand und Fuß", and drastically improves the situation for most people.
