>>1422693topeak combotorq wrench & bit set is cheap and adequate, great for the stem bolts, but doesn't reach everywhere so you still have to go by feel sometimes
4/5/6 mm allen keys but they might come with your bike anyway (you're not supposed to undo bolts with your torque wrench, and these could be needed for tightening bolts when your torque wrench is too clumsy)
pedal wrench (thin 15 mm wrench) but it might come with your bike, or your pedals might be the nicer ones that can be mounted with allen keys i think
some weird wrench if your seatpost has a bolt that is blocked from the top by your saddle but it might come with your bike
big wrench if your bike has threaded wheel axles that you put track nuts on
spoke key
wire cutter, will save you a lot of headache when doing brake cables
chain tool but you can wait with buying it for when you need to replace your chain
tile rod saw (recommended by Luescher Teknik as a cheaper alternative to the park tool saw blade) for cutting your carbon steerer tube
also get a good expander plug for your carbon steerer tube such as BBB BAP-03
a big right angle ruler and some string to help center your handlebar, brake levers and saddle
also upgrade your rim tape to continental easy tape, it's an important part of puncture protection
