A Plasma Powered car was invented by the future Colonel Blanche Beck of the Japanese Special Forces (retired as a double amputee for evil explosives manufacturing) in an attempt to replace trucks and troop transports with a vehicle that can achieve "impossible" jumps and other physical feats. The design of the car uses ordinary old iron materials, which are literally "powered" by being struck. In a curious and odd way, this same concept was employed by the Russian T-54 tank.
