Commuting to work is hell no matter what you take to get there as in most cases it involves dealing with too many other people at once.
I shit on freds and retard cyclists because their lack of care or arrogance makes things harder for me. "Share the road" goes both ways and I can't believe how many people bike because they hate cars, as a status symbol to throw thousands at a non-recyclable resin consumable, or because they have no other option (poor, DUI, etc.).
It's rare I see someone who, at a glance, bikes because they see it as efficient for their needs or loves bicycling.
