>>1431378>Your country might have it's own boardAnd the best/worst part is that these boards will be in the local language: "I wonder how Oslo is doing..." - borkborkbork - "or maybe not."
Except the Finnish boards of course - absolutely cucked. Though, we have bunch of relatively alive native forums with great overlap on userbase. Speaking of, there are:
>jlf.fi / Joukkoliikennefoorumi - "mass transport forum"It has bus forums for the three biggest urban regions (Helsinki, Tampere, Turku) and rail related boards on metros, trams, trains and development projects but all the rail forums are essentially Helsinki with some international armchair foaming on the side. They have a (proboards) photo gallery for the users, which is mostly used by the bus fan portion of the userbase out of lack of better option. It is the busiest over all /n/ related forum in the nation.
>taloforum.fi - "House forum"Small country architecture nerds and skyscraper fans who bother to cheer for some measly 20 storeyers. Urban planning aptitude level: towers in the park; all they care is the height and the silhouette. Plus points for allowing registration with various social media accounts.
>Vaunut.org / Resiina-lehti - "Draisine-magazine""Draisine" is a heritage focused railway magazine. The discussion board is mostly about modern but bewared, these people expect you to own the source books. They also expect you to use your real name. It Hosts the largest transit gallery in the nation and is still relatively busy what comes to uploads, but I notice that much of the actual heavy rail fan discussion has been moving to the fucking facebook.
>junalauta - "train board"A booru style board which seems to be mostly an one man operation including the content. Uses gigantic black bar style watermark like it was the noughties. Title: "Slowly trafficked railway site under constant threat of closure!"
