I got a bickerton portable from the sixties with all original bits, needs some work though. Copped it for like 80 dollarydoos which I think was pretty decent deal

I need to put in new tubes and tires but from what I read online it rides like a snake, not a single weld in the entire bike just screws, rivets and quick releases

yeah with a little mitering and drilling you can have a full disc delta V. the bike industry would be furious though they don't want bikes that powerful out in the wild. they've been holding back delta V design features while selling us garbage

This would be pretty hot if the machining is done nicer.
I'm horny for converting a 26" 90's MTB to 28-622 by milling out or extending the frame and fork and slap discs on it.

26 x 2.2" = 2107.25 mm diameter
700 x 28mm = 2130.00mm diameter

They also have these really long v brakes from litepro, but I don't know how they work. Not that I've tried the extenders above either

I have a Bianchi Osprey that I run 700's on with old centerpull brakes+ v-brake pads, and I've survived for over 5 years with this set-up. Don't let the disc brakers lead you around by the foreskin.
