Disneyland in California and its counterpart in Florida, Magic Kingdom, are /n/-approved. Each one has a steam train, riverboat, horse-drawn streetcars, and the latter has an automated people mover. Walt Disney the man was a big transportation fan especially old timey steam trains.
Also check out Greenfield Village, an outdoor history museum, in Dearborn, Michigan. Model T rides, steam train rides, 1930s Model A bus rides, horse-drawn omnibus rides, and so forth. Disney visited it in the 40s and it became the frame of reference for Main Street USA, the entrance to Disneyland.
