He could be in the middle of the lane for all i care, you were never in any danger and your own incompetence nearly hurt him or even killed him
Of course the root problem is that our road infrastructure is so shit that a situation like that can completely naturally and legally happen but dont try to avoid responsibility by accusing others of victim complexes
