How do the Based Urban Planned European cities deal with homelessness? Like Copenhagen, Zurich, Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, etc.
Like not just the people that allegedly "Can't afford to live there", but the crazies that refuse any mental health assistance?
Do you just round them up and institutionalize them? Why are there no homeless in Copenhagen? Just trying to figure out what the well planned cities are doing right as opposed to San Francisco, Lost Angeles, Washington D.C., etc.
