The bike arrived

1. The front derailleur is rubbing against the chain in the biggest chainring.
2. The front braze on mount has a crack don't know if it's only paint or deeper.
3. I'm not proficient in Trek bikes but the gap between the fork and stem looks unnaturally big
4. For a bike that came out of the box two days ago, it has a lot of micro-scratches on the frame.

I think this certified Trek dealer shoved a refurbished model down my throat.
