Notice on the map view, it's not all the same low-density residential zoning with regularly spaced strip malls, it actually has an urbanistic definition, there's a town center with denser housing, shops, services, train station, then the further out you go there's lower density.
The town has soul, it has public spaces, a public square in the center, with a church, green areas by the river that can be reaches without a car, there's fucking SIDEWALKS because people are expected to walk around, you can go shopping without having to go by car.
Imagine thinking this is some jewish trick, while the KC suburb I posted is freedom. Here you have freedom of choice, live in a house further out, live in an apartment in the center, go by car, go by train. There you have no choice, it's mcmansion or mcmansion, it's car or car.
I'm not even angry. I just pity you for not realizing how you've been played for a sucker just to for a few square feet of front lawn.
