This board is full of insecure males who convince themselves that cars are bad transport. This conviction is due to a variety of reasons; lack of money to own a car. Autism, ''cars are too complex'' or ''I don't understand it, so I don't ride'' mentality. Inability to escape the comfort cage of cycling technology they've put themselves- bicycles are ''simple''. They know how their bicycle works and are in control of the situation. It can also be a fear of driving in general, a fear of responsibility, or a fear of getting one's drivers license. But to admit this- No Way. Instead transmutate it into anger towards automobiles, give all kinds of reasons, except their own fear of the machine. Thus, a fear of challenge, new challenges. Rely on calling them ''cagers'', while in reality they are locked in their own cage of insecurity, fear, poverty, failure. Because they cannot drive themselves, they've convinced themselves others shouldn't, either.

Here are the facts, whether you like them or not:

A) Being able to drive is absolutely essential if you want to live a remotely successful life
B) No women will take you seriously if you cannot drive
C) Driving is an absolute joy and there is no machine that ever came as close and is as personal to a man's heart as the automobile. It represents so much, it is indescribable.
D) stop making excuses, stop making the excuses you are thinking of right now why you shouldn't drive, step out of your cage of hatred, admit your problems first, than we can help you, anon.
