What are you supposed to keep in bags that size on an 8 mile climb? Luggage that big seems like it would be really heavy and slow you down. Do you really need more than two water bottles, a few granola bars, and your saddle bag with your usual repair kit? I just got a gravel bike so I'm afraid I don't have enough storage, and that I don't know what to store in my storage. Thank you in advance.
