If I had an ebike I'd get me a nice headlight with a high / low beam. Not many of them out there and unfortunately practically none dynamo or battery powered.

The site / videos are a bit confusing since it comes in a variety of configurations. Then is an ebike version, and a dynamo version. But also versions with an extra flood light in addition to the high / low beam, so it can be run mostly off dynamo but with battery power for the extra flood light when you need extra light or are stopped.
