Bought it in Spain and brought it down to Brazil without payig extra fees. Payed EUR 180 for it.
Apparently it was made in the Pais Vasco region when Zeus was already part of Orbea as a high end brand.

Currently chasing this frame for the next time I visit my native city, Buenos Aires.
Privitera was a well respected Pinarello copycat, all the steel and aluminium frames were handmade with either Columbus or Deda. They were making monobox and monostay aluminium/carbon hybrid by 2002/2003. I've had one frame which weighted 1.230 kg with fork and BB.

BMX doesn't appreciate well, maybe because dumb boomers see them as childish? GT Palomar OTOH is a weird outlier that is probably still worth getting in on even though prices are longer in the basement, I see it steadily rising for a few more years.

These are the bikes I am talking about. They were really popular with the kids at my grade school in the early/mid 90's. They were pricey bikes back then. I imagine they'd be popular with Millenials now as nostalgic collectables.

There will always be a market in antique bmx bikes, but as more and more boomers are hoarding them and using them as wall pinups driving the prices from "id pay that for a cool thing" to "NO LOWBALLERS I KNOW WHAT I GOT" level shit, honestly i think the money right now is in the midschool era of BMX, of course theres always a market for the OG GT. Haro, CWs, etc. Dyno VFRs arent exactly pricey and performers pricing is related to year. I personally wouldnt pay much for one but there is still a new emerging market for retro BMX, since the bikelife scene has brought back some classic models except a shitton bigger than they were in the 80s

Bmx bikes are small, can do flatland, park riding.
Mtb have years for off-road and fat tires.
Roadbikes have skinny tires and geared for narrow range of cadence.
Fixed gear take efficiency of road bike to extreme
Beach cruisers are comfy
1 speed 26in fat tire with big frame... seems like all the wrong compromises.
