>>1462458i'm planning a singlespeed ribble eliminator al build
the stock "sport" build is quoted as weighing 7.3kg (about 16 lbs) without brakes
my build i estimate to be ~7kg brakeless with 177g freewheel sprocket, ~7.8kg with brakes (318g for tektro rl340 brake levers, ~290g for a pair of sram rival 22 rim brake calipers, maybe 177ish? grams for brake cables, haven't looked into lighter brake cables yet)
the seatpost is about 375 grams without the seat clamp fyi in case you want to spec out your own build
bikes like kilo tt and fuji track are going to weigh more, at least in their stock form
if you have a good used market and don't care too much about aero you can probably find a decent frameset and wheels and build your own sub 16lb fixie for not too much money
stay the heck away from unknown fixie brands, look for LBS-tier brands or brands that a lot of people recommend
