Question to bicyclists:
Does bicyling make your teeth hurt?
I went for my first 10+ mile ride of the year the other day as the weather has finally gotten nice. It was a lovely ride, but that night when I brushed my teeth I noticed my teeth were super fucking sensitive. And not just one tooth. Multiple teeth on the top and bottom.
I usually have no teeth sensitivity at all, and the only thing I can think of is that I was riding 700c 32mm tires pumped up to 100 psi and maybe the crazy vibrations of going down rough asphalt at speed vibrated my teeth so bad I developed tooth pain?
My frame can fit 50mm tires and it's making me wonder if I should upgrade because that should cut down the vibrations at least a bit.
