I'll start. Hindsight being 20/20, I realized I may have been screwing myself over by getting too into my own head and only thinking about the moment at hand. Would removing yourself from that state of mind help you pay better attention to the riders around you and think more about power conservation and positioning? Kind of like if you were playing a bike racing video game.
