Yeah, it's basically a meme. No idea why India is going for it, other than to flex. Even if it is physically possible, it'll just be for wealthy folks. Look how small that carriage is, it's clearly an 'exclusive' service. That's why it was designed in/for California, the region with the greatest wealth disparity, where rich people land their helicopters on state parks and destroy the scenery.
So it's clearly not meant to be used by the public at large. I guess India got tired of the "we're so poor, give us money" image, and are instead unironically doing the "World Superpower 2020" meme. They're straight up retards for trying though.
