They closed the trail like a month before they even started construction, and they arrested a guy for riding on the "closed" trail even though they were not doing construction on ANY section of the trail, and didn't start til sometime thereafter. FUCK the Minneapolis city government. (and St Louis Park and Hopkins for that matter, they're probably part to blame)
