It's a 22-day vegan challenge and you can chat 1-on-1 with someone who is much more knowledgable about nutrition than anyone here and they can give you all the info you could want on getting proper nutrition from vegan foods. They'll know what's highest in protein and where to point you. Free to sign up and volunteer-run, just some people who want to help out, answer questions, and make it easier for people to learn about vegan foods, nutrition, etc.
