Depending on how you're set up on the bike, narrow bullhorns and a higher stem will allow for a more upright torso and shallow hip angle when standing.
It's slightly less aero, but you're also stronger in that position and it may be worthwhile if you're climbing big hills and are out of the saddle for 5-10 minutes or more.
