They are all locked. We use frame mounted locks. It's just means no one will casually ride off with my bike.

Built a bike for winter, ended up using it maybe thrice in the snow because global warming-chan cancelled it. Studs are a lifesaver on the front wheel, but don't get them on the back one if you don't want to eat it on concrete, just get some angry knobbies for snow grip.

Concrete, anon. Studs have decent grip right until you get on concrete and they immediately turn your bike into a sled. Keeping the tires different lets you keep control on any surface.
