>>1494798The 4D wasn't a success, it was a failure. So it was definitely not the best. The software onboard had issues and it would have been more cramped than the Tangara since it wasn't as tall. Double deckers also take longer to load/unload which works better with Sydney's longer stop spacing but not so much in Melbourne. Extra tracks are more needed more than trains.
