complete bikes have a warranty and a guy that you take it to to get a part.
i built several bikes, if i want a warranty repair for a part, i have to talk to KMC, Shimano, maybe Fit bike co, maybe cane creek, schallabe, mavic, litespeed....i might need to send off 20-30 emails to a CSR to get a part
and you just need to talk to frank at frank's bike shop
