as with everything - it depends. Alu is stiffer, steel is more compliant.
Most people won't even notice the difference.
I have both steel, and alu frame bikes, and my steel rides better, because it's 25% lighter, but if you had comparable bikes, ride whatever you like.

that's Old Town, Warsaw, Polish Capital (during lockdown, so few people around compared to what you would normally see on a day like it was).

I can't speak on the urinating aspect, but we have a lot of 10/10s (Polish girls are the best).

the short answer is yes. the real answer is that while steel is more compliant and absorbs more vibrations than alu, other components of the bike play a big role too. an alu frame and a steel frame with good, plush tires and a steel fork will be almost indistinguishable. you may notice a difference in stiffness when mashing hard - alu does not give, steel will give a little and then spring back as you pass the "power" phase of the pedal stroke, which can feel like the bike is giving a little energy back to you. alu can't do that

I'd like to ride a steel road bike with Aluminum/Carbon bike geometry.

I can't tell if the ride is softer or the bike is just slacker. Because almost all the steel bikes sold now are slack headtube huge rake tardmobiles with 38mm tires.

Kinda depends on tube geometry. I have two bikes very close in overall frame geometry, one steel and one aluminum, and the steel I'd say is a bit cushier. That being said, it's much more sluggish; though, being chill is the overall bike's design principle. I'd prefer aluminum on anything meant for sport and steel on anything for cruising and the lulz in general.

For mountain biking, I literally transferred all the parts from a high quality aluminum frame (Easton aluminum), to a high quality steel frame(Reynolds 520 chromoly), and there's definitely a difference. The steel frame feels much more, I guess the analogy I would use is, where you close an expensive car door, and there's a nice, "thunk", versus with aluminum, is like closing a cheaper car door. Both are good, especially as aluminum is so much lighter. But if you want a, "high quality feeling" to the ride quality, I would go with steel.

For me, I could go to the washroom, or not eat as much for a week, and negate the benefits of a steel frame, over a carbon one. I do agree though, bicycle weight is much worse than body weight. Steel just feels so nice though, I would rank it for mountain biking, with carbon or aluminum. It's definitely not necessarily worse, as I've broken 2 aluminum frames, and zero steel ones.

imho high end steel tubing rides more comfortable than alu. alu frames are hard as a rock while good steel has some flex and the bike planes nicely.
shitty steel tubing on the other hand doesn't flex and has not advantages over alu.

those are alu rims though. Still pretty good though, with dtswiss 370 hubs, and I've since swapped the vittorias for Conti gp5k.
I kinda got the carbon fork because, number 1, I don't like the new gazzetta forks, and number 2, carbon corners a bit better than steel, and I wanted an agile bike, so why the hell not.
If I was going for full steel, Kory York makes a nice, lugged steel fork that isn't too wide, and comes in 1 and 1/8th inch version.

what I can say confidently is that BUTTED steel frames is milesbetter than non-butted, same for spokes. Non-butted steel frames are as harsh to ride as cheap aluminium.

Modern alu progressed drastically and high end alu roadies are quite expensive so comparing them to butted steel, Idk, mostly likely a draw...?

my first cheapo mtb with 1.95" felt like a pitchfork regarding damping, more expensive one late didnt have that feeling. Buzz damping is definetly a thing in mtb, even with bigger tires. Its hard to compare modern alu with steel since I never had a butted steel mtb or alu road bike.
