In the car world, you see customs like this (mismatched parts, ass paint) screwed together by boomers who are too cheap and dumb to do it right. The kickstand is the best tell here, the guy sawed it off when it became useless thanks to the fucked fork. He could have learned how to remove it properly, but... That would be learning. And effort.
