Trump isn't catagorically worse than the rest of them, they're all bad about it but i would say he's at the worse end.
Mostly simply because he's ignorant of what the actual rules he's supposed to be playing by are, because of inexperience in systems of governance. I don't find him uniquely sinister though.
people panic about him actually threatening democracy but for the same reason he does (incompetence and ignorance) he won't on any fundamental level. The fear mongering about a coup or whatever is just ridiculous he's simply not cunning enough.
