- long lever throw for the right shifter on their road groups
- too soft clutch mechanism for the SRX gravel group
- no trim function for the front derailleur (i suspect thta's bcause they use a ripoff of SRAM's yaw instead
those are really minor complaints and overall all the reviews i saw stated their groupsets were very good and reliable overall.
Anyway here is my take:
Shimano: moderate prices and reliable
SRAM: cheap OEM, expensive aftermarket, most innovative, occasional reliability issues
Campagnolo: expensive, rare for OEM, reliable, limited selection, best looking
Sunrace: cheap, reliable, very limited selection
Microshift: cheap, reliable, limited selection
Sensah: very cheap, reliable, rip off other manufacturer's IP, highest potential to grab market shares from the big two if they can sort out their IP issues to allow exporting
