>>1520621Nah I don't have a FFS bike and didn't feel like grabbing the one I saw on CL (was a shitty small stepthru frame with no value...). I don't ever accidentally do that multi-click thing but I also rebuilt the shift lever and did my best to clean and oil the RD since I have no idea how to take it apart and it was PITA even finding scans of the installation manual to work out how to route the cable.
Eventually I'll fix the pie plate, buy the proper frame alignment tools and a new fork to get it all tuned in. Speed wobble is a bit terrifying.
>>1520961No a machine shop is correct. But should be one with the ability to laser cut, waterjet cut or CNC mill thinner plate/sheet metal and you have to provide the files and probably materials. Autobody shop might be able to plasma cut you one roughly with a template but in either case knocking it to shape with a hammer and finishing it is on you.
Might as well just cut it with a jigsaw/dremel/router yourself desu.
