>>1515934it's a 30 year old saddle (early 90s trek mtb)
i read a thing on the internet that i should adjust the height so my knees are at like 30 degrees at the bottom of the stroke and so i did that. i tried adjusting the tilt of the saddle it to tilt further forward, but even if i crank down the bolt as hard as i can it still tilts all the way to the back once i sit on it. i'm not fat - i weight 180lbs, and i think my legs are okay (i squat a few hundred bodyweight reps and then burpees to exhaustion every day) but i'm not sure.
am i supposed to sit on tinfoil and find and measure the dents my ass made vs the ten thousand other dents and then order a fancy saddle from the internet? what fancy saddle do i order? what if i can't figure out how GAPED my ass bones are?
