Not him but why would welding not be an option? The head tube is welded to the down tube so why not? It's possible.

Unless those wires going into the frame are in the way just weld that shit. Almost every town in the US has a machine shop in it, it wouldn't hurt to ask them about it if you don't have the equipment. Don't be such a bitch about it.

Hey OP, you should really consider dumping more money into this frame than you paid for the entire bike. Definitely don't look at Merlin or any other online retailer for a cheap new frame that isn't completely fucked to shit.

at this point it is a break. you gotta weld it when its just a crack. at this point it has already flexed and fucked with all the other welds, which will all start cracking soon if you weld this one.

*im guessing here -> and it will be hard to weld case the gaps are so big
