At least where I live billboards help the town's maintenance budget (sanitation, public spaces maintenance, etc), and ugly architecture serves a functional purpose

lol they actually pull trains out of service for graffiti? Here you have to start a fire onboard that causes at least 1 injury. Even if you cut all the electrical and disabled the brakes they'd probably still run it with a restricted speed.
