what do you guys think about handlebar power meters? (opposing force pm's, like the power pod)

and here's the million dollar question. nowdays how much is needed to spend for decent PM?
lets put it these way, youre doing a new build and you want something in the 105/ultegra quality range. power2max has some 499e spider rings, but what should someone get to make the cheapest option.(im lost as i dont know all those rotor,etc cranks they use), like buying a combo from them , maybe even with chainrings. - is another brand like quarq the way to go if buying a combo with the full crankset?
