I'd advice you to stay away from old/used carbon unless you're buying from a dentist and you can tell he barely rode it. Especially older frames are more prone to random failure after crashes, modern frames can tank crashes more easily.

Hongfu, Dengfu (Seraph/TanTan is them too), Velobuild, Light Carbon Bicycle, Tideace, yoeleo (by now they are expensive though), workswell and there are probably more that I forgot about.
They often allow you to choose your favorite BB standard and fully custom paint job too.
