I swear you could not ride a day of park without hearing about Danny's run back then, I mean sick as hell don't get me wrong. Never really payed much attention to the race scene though, one of my buddies from the UK claims people over there pride themselves on speed over most things, whereas in here in BC he noticed people cared more about going big, riding hard and having style.

I used to ride a little bit as a kid, but never did anything too crazy. No air. Just local trails and getting some mud up. I'm shopping around for a 29 inch hardtail to start getting back into some dirt stuff. Once I get it it will in all likelihood be winter, but I'll plan to hit the trails again.

The biggest thing I cannot fucking get is how to bunnyhop, and how to even get in the air without losing your shit on the way down.

I have a public dirt jump park like a 10 minute ride away from me... but no dirt jumper D: I pass by seeing all these kids SEND IT and now it's a goal next summer to get back into dirt jumping
