What is up with people in this country having the SUDDEN URGE to start their car and stink up the streets, country side, mountain passes and starting random traffic jams in historic cities when it's 1 nice day outside?

They're all talking so patriotic and talk about how nature is beautiful and how proud they are of their country and how health is the highest value.

Explain it. I realllllllly don't get it.
