2. Is there real value in building this massive infrastructure just to accommodate private automobiles? I mean in the concept the first 3 stratum are allocated just as parking and roads
3. There are no roads on the stratum with direct sunlight (which probably would became the perceived ground level by people). How are the emergency vehicles like fire fighters supposed to reach the buildings? And also are bicyclist and motorcyclist supposed to ride in tunnels without sun light while begin intoxicated with the exhaust fumes from other vehicles?
In the end I don't see real value in such paradigm shift. Our brains are wired to work with only a ground level with sunlight on which most of the daily actives take place.
The only advance I see compared to traditional cities is that you can fit much more cars inside (if you don't take in account ramps area) but again a. are so much private automobiles really needed and b. how do you bring ventilation to the lower levels to move out exhausts and what about if a vehicle goes on fire in the tunnel?
