I want to fuck off from society with an RV right now, but clearly many other people have had the same idea. Prices on used RVs/campers in the city where I live are just as much if not more than a new car--and I get that it's basically a car and a house together.

Thing is, I know that the inflated prices are just because I live in a shithole big city. I bet there are plenty of nice folk in less populated areas that might be trying to sell their used RVs, maybe even 2000s+ models, within my current budget.

Is there a good site for RV enthusiasts that anyone knows of where they discuss trades/selling their motorhomes/etc? This may sound laughable but I'm hoping I can get one for ~$4,000 or less. So long as it runs and doesn't leak/has working appliances, it'd probably be okay. I'm planning on getting out of Georgia and making my way up to Maine, so if it can get me there then I'm golden.
