So anyone seen the new E Bike in its design phase that Tesla is making?

The man has obviously never ridden a bike before if he thinks that a rider can balance on a frame in that position, with the handlebars refusing to turn with the front wheel.
You apparently don't turn the wheel with the handlebar, you 'push harder' on them and the harder you push, the more the wheel turns in that direction.
Any thoughts on this "innovation" ?
