>>1584392completely ageww on no energy drinks for proper cycles, I use energy drinks for training during the week as a boost but I wouldnt on a proper cycle unless it was some sort of solvent because when youre trying to lower your weight bringing more bottles isnt a great idea and for energy drinks you will need to drink water to get the energy drink taste out of your mouth.
However I have no idea why you would take 1.5L of water on a 2 hour ride, I always drink about 1 or 2L of water before I go on a long cycle and all I ever need is 1 water bottle unless its like 3 hours+.
