Is it bad to ride your bike in parking lots? I have gotten TWO flats now under the same exact circumstances. Riding Panaracers in a parking lot. I'll take them out on shitty surfaces all day with zero issues but they instantly go flat on parking lots.

It was a massive parking lot to a recreational complex park. I was doing laps around it because the tarmac is so smooth

Parking lots often have tons of debris that can cause flats. White collar office parks are usually better than strip mall or stadium lots or whatever, especially now that wagies are all wfh. And yeah it's fun to create your own crit course on a parking lot and parts of larger office campuses. It's a shame that scene is dead in the US.
