It should be flat or with a slight tilt forward, never backwards. It takes like two minutes to do that.
btw that frame doesn't seem to be a legit GT, I might be wrong, but the welding of the seat stays to the top tube isn't typical of a GT frame. Maybe it's a repainted Olmo. Nothing wrong with that though, it's the type of bike I would ride without worries about it breaking or being stolen, specially here in the argentinean whitelands. I would just remove the decals if it was mine, it can be a baller bike anyways, specially with those pedals.
Yeah, I know what you mean. I was about to buy some Kenda tires and some asshole bought 10 pairs at once, probably a reseller. They never restocked.
Those Imperial cord are dirt cheap and an immediate upgrade to any old mtb tire that could come with a used kinda old bike like that, I dig them. Of course there are better tires, but not even close to that price.
