Yeah, it looks good for some retard tourist like OP. If you actually have to use it, you become painfully aware of its shortcomings.
The central lynchpin is the central S-Bahn line. If there is any delay there, you get delays for everything and everything goes out of schedule and out of sync.
Underground is good, but nothing really special compared to other big players, such as Berlin, London, Moscow.
Fellow commuters are mostly respectful, as you would expect from a city of upper society. It is nice that everyone has proper escalator etiquette, i.e. no standing on the left side unless you are walking.
Prices are damn high, though.
